Single Database Multi-site Setup

Hi

I have set up the Ogone payment processor and processed an online contribution in the live site. The payment went through on Ogone but when viewing the record in CiviCRM the payment is indicated as 'payment pending'

Has anybody faced a similar problem and if yes did you manage to resolve?
