Reports all seem to include deleted contacts, but searches do not

It seems the default behavior of built in CiviReports is to include data from deleted contacts, but the various searches do not.  This often causes an end user to think the report data is wrong, as it does not match what they get from a search.

In my custom reports that I have created, I override the "Where" clause so that the deleted contacts are not included.

But what should the default behavior of CiviReports be? Should all reports exclude deleted contacts?  I think it should be consistent with the default behavior for searches.

Thoughts?

Reports should exclude deleted contacts, unless its a report on deleted contacts :)

Would be great if you can check the reports and file patches along with an issue for the reports as you encounter them

Agree, the reports should NOT show deleted contact unless specifically instructed by the UI.
