I disabled some premiums awhile back but re-enabled one a couple of days ago. The re-enabled premium did not reappear on the donation page, though it was definitely enabled.

I deleted the premium and recreated it from scratch, but the new premium did not appear on the donation page. I disabled a couple of other premiums and re-enabled them; all disappeared from the donation page, though premiums that were never disabled continue to appear on the donation page.

I then created a new donation page and enabled premiums on it, but only the premiums that have never been disabled appear on the new page. I can't seem to find a reference to this problem post-2007. Anybody know what's going on and how to fix it?  Any help would be much appreciated. Drupal 6.25 with CiviCRM 3.4.5. Thanks.
