Created Event in sandbox generates error page: sorry but ....

I created an event on the sandbox:
http://sandbox.drupal.civicrm.org/civicrm/event/manage/location

but at the last step I got a page:

Quote
Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
One of parameters (value: ) is not of the type Integer
Return to home page.

the event I tried to create was a conference, at a location that already exists.  Maybe this sandbox is not current?

Can you please file an issue for this and reference this forum post. Seems like a bug :(
