Can't edit pages in Confluence Wiki, wassup?

I've logged in as 'Stoob' in two separate browsers.  I don't see an edit button anymore.

Am I missing something obvious?

It's odd. That page and also the 41 version of it, I also don't have Edit buttons. But on other pages I do...
