Notice: Undefined index: in CRM_Event_Form_Task::preProcessCommon() (line 92 of /home/usanii/public_html/civicrm/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Event/Form/Task.php).

Hi. This is a warning, not an error and I think CiviCRM is still not yet guaranteed to be warning-free, so you can safely ignore that.

You should probably modify your Drupal logging settings to log these notices to a log file and display them on screen.

Drupal > Administer > Configuration > Development > Logging and Errors
