Can I hide an event from public pages?
June 25, 2012, 05:32:20 am
Hello folks

Does anyone know if it is possible to hide an event from the public pages, so that it is only viewable and editable from the backend?

I have been using civiEvent for a while for regular events and now want to use it to register participants for in-house events such as board meetings, sponsor events, etc. which are not open to the public. Any tips?

Thanks

are you wanting it so it is 'access denied' or just 'hard to find'?

I would prefer that the event was not viewable (at all) to anyone save for logged-in admin users, so more the first rather than the latter. I would prefer not to have the event listed on the public pages.
