In Free Events Registration - Existing Billing Email overwrites Main Email

For most of our contacts, the main (primary) email and the billing email (if there is one) are identical.  But not for all!  Some users have added unique billing emails.  These unique billing emails create a potential problem with Free Events Registration.

Though the registration process for a free event will not create a billing email, if there is an existing billing email in the contact information, it will select & display that billing email in the event registration form.  When the registration is submitted, the main email is overwritten by the billing email.  As long as both emails are identical, no one notices.  But if the billing email is unique, the primary email for the contact is immediately changed.  Since our users log in via email, they are then locked out unless they use the now-primary billing email address. 

This appears to be a bug! To avoid problems, we have placed a notice warning users to make sure the email shown in the registration form is the same email they used to log in.  But that warning should be unnecessary.

On a related note - I notice that when anonymous users (without memberships and/or not logged in) register for a free event, their email address is tagged as [WORK].  Why would this not be tagged [MAIN]?
