CiviEvent to book Exhibition stand/s

I have set up CiviEvent to manage stand bookings for an exhibition. This is working fine except:

  • it doesn't intuitively allow someone to book more than one stand with the same email address (unless they complete one booking and then do a second booking). Ideally they should be able to select how many of each type of stand they want to book) 
  • the booking is attached to an individual, when it would be better to attach to an organization

Does anyone have any ideas how to do this more effectively? Webform? Ubercart?

Webform can do it, but can't collect payments. Setting up ubercart to do this seems to be difficult.
CiviCRM actually has a new "cart" feature in core. Have you looked at that?

Hi Coleman. Thanks for the input. I haven't tried the new carts feature yet. I'm keen to learn more about Webforms so I think that will be my first step.  Thanks :-)
