Assistance with Implementation of CiviCRM in Drupal
July 04, 2012, 03:16:41 am
Hi I'm looking for someone to assist in implementing CiviCRM into our drupal website to enable better crm usage.

We've setup the site in Drupal 7 but are considering downgrading to Drupal 6 due to additional modules needed to fufill other aspects of the site. Specifically the Course module.

Our site is an online course catalog where users can book their courses and pay. We'd like to expand it to have managers book for group training and qualify for a group discount and assign the delegate spaces to employees under the manager's profile in the checkout process. Below is a basic process flow

outline of the booking/purchase procedure When you want to book a course you should:
A log on according to your profile or "Join" as a new user
B select a course
C then be prompted to select the number of delegates from a drop down list (1-25 delegates)
D then be prompted to select a delegate name or names from those delegates residing under your profile, if you are a supervisor, by means of a "drop down"
E alternatively and also confirm that the course is for you personally
F alternatively and also drop down options select the option "To Be Advised" - i.e. - we need to allow someone to book for a group of delegates who still need to be nomnated/selected by the company;

In summary, once you have selected a course and the number of delegates for that course you need to be able to select a mix of different delegates including yourself and any number of unnamed delegates which the customer or we as administrators can update later for record purposes.

G As you add the number of delegates to each course you should immediately see the cumulative total cost either ex VAT, or preferably with Total + VAT = TOTAL incl VAT in a "box" displayed on the page;
H Once you have completed A-F above and choose to "check out" you should move to a "Summary Page" as per the tab on the attached;
I If at any time you choose the "view details" you should then move to the "course outline" page similar to the current "course page" that has been developed but it must be one unique page per course;

Please get hold of me if you can assist.
