Link on Sourceforge version 4.1.3 not loading

Can't get Module Uploader to Load 4.1 (stable version)

sourceforge
.net/projects/civicrm/files/civicrm-stable/4.1.3/civicrm-4.1.3-drupal.tar.gz

Platform:
Drupal 7
PHP5.3   
MySQL  5.5.

It there a known conflict with the PHP or MySQL version I have??

The issue is that the file for CiviCRM is very large and sometimes due to server or connectivity limits, you can't use this method. You will have to download the file manually and the upload it to your host. Or if you have ssh you can get it directly that way.
