Resource URLs set wrong

I've been testing CiviCRM 4.2.alpha4 and I have a problem that I couldn't fix.

My domain name is mensa.org.tr and Drupal is installed on the root directory. However, CiviCRM automatically sets CiviCRM Resource URL to <see screenshost as I can't post links> , leaving the "tr/" part. I can't manually correct and save this, and I couldn't find it in the database. If I install drupal in a subdirectory, it works fine.

Is it possible that this may be a bug with secondary level domain names?

Can you check your civicrm.settings.php file and make sure you have set correct CIVICRM_UF_BASEURL.

Sure. It's set to http :// www. mensa.org.tr/ ending with a slash.
