Hi everyone,
We have being using CIVICRM for the last 2 years and very recently I have noticed an issue. We use CIVIEvent to let our members register for event. We use Moneris to process payments for the event registrations. But sometimes when someone register, moneris will decline the payment but it will register the member. And there was another incident where members did get charged for their credit card but didn't get registered and didn't receive their receipt.
Has anyone experienced this issue with version civi 3.4.4?
Please advice.

dont know the answer to your question, but since u'll have been using CiviCRM for 2+ years, could you please write a case study of your site here:
