drush civicrm-upgrade and multisite - any gotchas?

I'm about to try upgrading (4.1.1 to 4.1.4): are there any gotchas using drush civicrm-upgrade on a multisite setup (two drupal sites on same codebase, sharing single civicrm db)?

Not a response to your question, but something that needs thinking about and folks working on:

Would be great if u can work with eileen, crusade, jason from imba and other folks using multi-site to form a multisite working group. This came up during civicon but no one followed up on it.

From my viewpoint, as the civi ecosystem grows, we need various groups taking care of various sub-systems. Currently a few sub-systems dont get any attention from most folks, primarily because they are not using it.

At the top of my head, a few things in civicrm that do need attention from some folks include:

* multi-site setup
* multiple languages: our current scheme will not scale more than 3-4 languages
* ACL's (this is related to item 1), but is also independent in its own right
* Search Builder
* Drupal Views integration
