I am trying to configure a simple PDF thank you receipt that will be printed and mailed. I used the following:

{contact.addressee}
{contact.street_address}
{contact.supplemental_address_1}
{contact.supplemental_address_2}
{contact.city}, {contact.state_province} {contact.postal_code}

Dear {contact.display_name},

Thank you for your gift of {contribution.total_amount} made on {contribution.recieve_date} to H2O for Life.

When I created the PDF, the beginning turned out like this:

Dear Stephen & Linda,
 
Thank you for your gift of {contribution.amount} made on {contribution.date} to H2O for Life.
 
The addressee, address, city, state, and postal code all worked fine, but today's date and contribution amount and date didn't work. Do tokens NOT work for contribution fields???
