How can I make an event type not show on public pages
July 12, 2012, 04:47:35 am
Hi all

Asked this q in childboard events with no luck, so here goes:

I want to set up an event type that I can use for internal meetings. My prob. is all events (regardless of which event type is assigned to them) show up on my public pages. Is there anyway to change that for one event type?

Thanx

You could custom code something in a small module or in your template to deny access to events of a certain type.

Truth is you could even extend the Event templates with a bit of JS and have the JS forward the users if they try to access such an event.

Have you looked at:

Doesn't work if you keep CiviCRM in a different database to Joomla, I think.
