Error when trying to create Custom Fields using Civi 4.1.3 Wordpress

Has anyone a clue, why I get following Errormessage, when trying to launch Adminstration/Custom Fields?

2. can u check and ensure that the file: CRM/Core/BAO/CustomGroup.php has been transferred completely. Quite a few WP installs have had an issue with file transfers of civi
