Font size changes after 1st receipt in batch

I have finally been able to configure our PDF receipts correctly, which is wonderful! However, when I generate PDF receipts for a recent campaign in which 49 donations were made, the first PDF generates correctly, but the following 48 receipts have a smaller font (I would say it probably goes from 12pt to 10pt). Any idea how I can fix this?
