Conditional Subscription to two different groups

Hello,

I have a form which allows people to sign a petition, to be embedded in a website. I did that through the creation of a new "Profile", linked to a particular group I created. I would need to add a Yes/No type field in this form, and, if they answer "yes", add them to an additional group.

Does anybody have an idea how could I do that?

You could build a Smart Group off that field using Advanced Search. That would include all people with 'yes' (or 'no')
