Online Registration Fee Set Number Inputs Missing

Hi all,

I can't seem to get the numerical inputs (i.e., quantities) to display on my site:

http://agloa.net/wordpress/wp-admin/admin.php?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/event/register&reset=1&action=preview&id=10

even though I'm pretty sure I created the even and fee sets the same way on the demo site:

http://wordpress.demo.civicrm.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/event/register&reset=1&action=preview&id=7

I think both use the same Wordpress and CiviCRM codes. How else could I trouble-shoot this?

that page is requesting some log in details. any chance of a screenshot or a public link. otherwise quite hard to understand the issue.

Alas, that's what's really got me stumped. It works as expected on the demo servers, but the same steps on my site don't produce the same results. I think all the versions are the same, so I'm reaching out for other trouble-shooting ideas.
