Record Renewal Payment - NaN(Not a Number)

Hi,

I have run into an issue when renewing memberships, where the membership minimum fee is over $1000. When the fee is entered in the membership types area it is recorded in this format: $1,500.00, even if it is entered as 1500.00.

When I try to record renewal payment at the time of renewing the membership, the Amount field is briefly populated with the amount (in this case $1,500.00) and then this field quickly changes to NaN. When the renew button is hit an error is thrown, requesting a valid amount be entered in that field.

Is this a bug, or a known issue when working with large membership fees?

Any help would  be greatly appreciated.

I have recreated and have added the steps to reproduce to the issue. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.
