Unrecoverable error when adding new group to OG using CiviCRM OG Sync

I added a bnch of groups to OG groups and they added to CiviCRM just fine. Then I deleted some groups I had made on  CiviCRM before reading that I had to add on OG first. Then I went to add the groups on OG and on the first one I received hte unrecoverable error. Perhaps because the group had existed?? Here is the backtrace:

I experienced a similar problem.  I am learning on a test site and created several test groups to see how they worked.  Then, I deleted all of the test groups (resulting in no groups) AND I deleted all of the Drupal "Group" Content Types.  When I started over by creating a new Group Content Type then created my first group, I received the following errors:


•   Notice: Trying to get property of non-object  in _civicrm_og_sync_group_action() (line 277 of/home/nenehutk/public_html/sites/all/modules/civicrm/drupal/modules/civicrm_og_sync/civicrm_og_sync.module).
•   Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in _civicrm_og_sync_group_action() (line 278 of/home/nenehutk/public_html/sites/all/modules/civicrm/drupal/modules/civicrm_og_sync/civicrm_og_sync.module).
•   Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in _civicrm_og_sync_group_action() (line 280 of/home/nenehutk/public_html/sites/all/modules/civicrm/drupal/modules/civicrm_og_sync/civicrm_og_sync.module).
•   Notice: Undefined index: group_id in CRM_Bridge_OG_Drupal::nodeapi() (line 61 of/home/nenehutk/public_html/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Bridge/OG/Drupal.php).
