Personal Campaign Pages: After Step 1, there is no Step 2!
July 17, 2012, 08:44:18 am
I am so utterly frustrated...

I am creating links to setup Personal Campaign Pages for several different Contribution Pages by using the following link: /index.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/contribute/campaign&action=add&reset=1&pageId=6&component=contribute  <--- obviously changing the pageId# depending on the Contribution Page.

The link brings users to: Setup a Personal Campaign Page - Account Information (or, Step 1 of the process). Once they enter their information and click "Continue," they get an error page: "Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred. The page you requested is currently unavailable." Why aren't users brought to Step 2??????

I've paid two different consultants to help me with PCP's, and don't know what else to do. Is there someone out there who knows what's going on? Is there a bug in my version of Civi? Should I downgrade, upgrade?

If you were in 4.1.0 you should upgrade to 4.1.5

Are the consultants listed on civicrm.org? you might want to encourage / insist that they post on forums / ask the community for help if they cant figure things out
