recurringNofify shouldn't require a contribution ID

I'm creating a payment gateway and I've needed to use recurringNofify. It is unusable for back-office credit card contributions that do not have a contribution page. The only piece of useful information that the function is gaining from the contribution page id is the from, cc and bcc emails and from name but other notifications being sent by back-office payments seem to be just using the default FROM address so this should too

Yep.

Would you like to submit a patch to do the needful. You can copy the relevnt code from the other back-office payment functions

If you need help or get stuck ping us on IRC and we can help u get started. Might also want to read:

Wow I spent a few hours looking for an example. The best thing I found is a function to get a list of FROM emails but without defining which one is the default. Could you please advise.

Sorry, dont know that part of the code well enough to advice without looking at it in more detail

But, you did make the assertion that the other function get it from the from address etc, hence mu suggestion to reuse the code from those other functions you found?
