404 error when trying to run ParticipantProcessor.php with credentials
July 24, 2012, 06:58:40 pm
Hi,

I have a Drupal six install running civicrm 3.4.5.
I want to eventually setup a cron job to run the ParticipanProcessor.php, but I am having problems with just getting it to work.
When I enter the following http://mysite.com/sites/all/modules/civicrm/bin/ParticipantProcessor.php?name=XXX&pass=YYYY&key=ZZZZ directly into the browser or through a cronjob with wget,
the site redirects to a 404  error, however when I navigate from browser to ParticipantProcessor.php it tells me that I need to add in my password and user name, so I assume it is able to read the file.
I am at a lose at what might be the issue, I have checked the credentials and they are correct.
Any help, would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,
Karina

If you are getting a 404 error, I would ask your host for assistance.
