When I create a Contribution page integrated with authorize.net and Membership levels, If I select "no thanks" and add an amount, I get the following error:

Notice: Undefined index: no_thanks in CRM_Contribute_Form_Contribution_Main->postProcess() (line 1224 of /var/www/vhosts/secure.DOMAIN.org/httpsdocs/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Contribute/Form/Contribution/Main.php).

On the foloiwng page where it asks you to confirm contribution.

Everything appears to still work, though, and a payment does go through to auth.net.  This error does not occur with pay later, nor if you select a membership amount. 

We're running Drupal 7, CiviCRM 4.1, PHP 5.3.8, and it's a fresh install.
