Hi, I'm trying to set up a new membership and I'm having issues getting the new type to display on the signup page. 

I setup 2 new membership types exactly the same way - one displays and one doesn't.  I've also noticed that 2 other existing membership types are no longer displaying.

It appears the problem has something to do with the Relationship Type field.  The types that are displaying have the Relationship Type field grayed out.  The fields that aren't displaying are showing an active Relationship Type field with nothing selected.  I haven't been able to identify a secondary field that either enables or disables that field.

Any help would be appreciated!
