Hi guys,
I need to be able to embed a contact form in several websites to capture contacts directly into Civi.
When I place a profile form code snipet on an external website, it fails to work.
When the details are filled in and the Save is pressed, nothing gets saved and the user is redirected to the login page of the original (CiviCRM) site.

This is a very important feature - can anyone help me make it work, please?

Hi AlikBarsegian
Your question appears to be a totally different issue from that covered in the preceeding posts in this thread. You will probably be better off posting your query as a new topic.

Searching the forum for "HTML Snippet" might throw up some relevant posts.

Hello Upperholme, thanks for the advice.
I did notify the moderator asking to separate the topic.
The 'HTML Snipet' search, sadly did not produce any tangible results...
You'd think a lot of people would use such an great feature and all problems would have been flashed out by now.
What I'm seeing is lots of obscure problems that people are dealing with and I pity the poor developers/support people.
Thanks again,
Alik

surprisingly that feature is not widely used at all. I think in todays internet, people just redirect you to the site and/or put stuff in an iframe

Instead of pity, would be really great if you can help out fix a few of the obscure problems. Open source relies on contributions of all  the folks who use it :)
