Hi everyone,

Could some one help me about my issue on our site, as an administrator i am allowed to update or change the profile or name of the users if they want me to change it, as well as i am doing some notes also on the profile as well.

This is the problem:
When i add a note on a specific user. then after saving it and went to update her profile. the note was been duplicated as well as the other notes that was been created lately.. i dont understand why it is happening as to some users, this things is not happening
