Author Topic: SOLVED -Civimail en individual mail stopped working after upgrade 4.1.1 -> 4.1.5 (Read 581 times)

Hi all,

after upgrading my CiviCRM installation from version 4.1.1 to 4.1.5, Civimail is not sending out any email anymore while it did before the upgrade.
Strange thing is that civi messages does say that mail is send succesfully, as does also the job logfile mention the successes!

But in fact, there is really no email send. My email setup is done with GoogleApps accounts en it did work before upgrading.
Does anyone have seen such thing before or does know a direction I have to find.

Reverted my upgrade back to 4.1.1 and here I have now the same problem.

Hmm, will dig deeper into my problem. (GoogleApps connection problem?)

Ok, I did found the reason why my mail didn't get out anymore. Perhaps somebody who is searching for the same solution here it is:
In file civicrm.setting.php I had enabled the line:

Code: [Select]

CIVICRM_MAIL_LOG = path_to_logfile
If this variable is active, mail is sent to the logfile and not send to the mailserver anymore!!!
After commenting out this line my mail is delivered again. Duh
