Hitting a wall with Failed to open 'CRM/Core/Config.php' AND civicrm_root OK

using 4.1.5 on drupal 7.
Trying to work with views integration on SINGLE DRUPAL/CIVICRM database running on WAMP stack.  civicrm is running ok, but when I try to add a view I get:
Warning: require_once(CRM/Core/Config.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in civicrm_handler_field_event_link::render_link() (line 112 of G:\Users\Shawn\Documents\drupal\shawntest\sites\all\modules\civicrm\drupal\modules\views\civicrm\civicrm_handler_field_event_link.inc).

The strange thing is that civicrm_root is set fine - it looks like there may be a path issue? Any ideas?

Review this post http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,5056.msg22240.html#msg22240 and the whole thread for ideas how to install on Windows.
