I'm a new user to CiviCRM. I'm trying to streamline the data entry workflow for my staff. When they go to the new contribution form and have to create a new contact the new contact form (that links from the new contribution form) only asks for a first name and last name and email address. I would like for it to ask for a first name, last name, street address, city, state zip, phone and email. Basically I'd like the same form you get when registering a new individual. I've tried customizing the contribute.tpl and having it point to contact.tpl instead of new contact.tpl but that did not work. I tried to create a custom profile but I'm having problems with that as well. Any information or advice would be helpful.

Note the new contact form is profile driven, so basically you can add above required fields to the reserved profile "New Individual" and then it will show all those fields while creating new Individual. ( by default it comes with first name, last name and email address )
