August 12, 2012, 07:17:22 pm
Greetings,

Lobo, I have a request if you can kindly provide us with the CiviSchool SVN URL/Path and the Civischool module for Drupal 7 & Civicrm 4.1 or Civicrm 4.2

I need to set it up for a non profit school and they are waiting on the solution for their classes.

Please help in this matter. Thank you!!

Thank you Very much lobo,

One more question please. Will the above SVN code will let Civischool work on: Drupal 7 and Joomla 2.5? or only on Drupal 7?

SVN code is an extension now and therefore should work on Joomla 2.5 as well, though hasn't been really tested (on joomla).

CiviCRM-001 - An error has occurred.
I'm able to install civischool as extension in civicrm 4.2 beta5. in Joomla 2.5.6

I got this error after click student search under school menu.

Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
The requested Profile (gid=3) is disabled OR it is not configured to be used for 'Profile' listings in its Settings OR there is no Profile with that ID OR you do not have permission to access this profile. Please contact the site administrator if you need assistance.

Lobo would you have any documentation how to use civischool.

Thank you kindly

Sorry we have not tested on joomla and there is no documentation currently. Would be good if you can help debug and provide a patch.

If i had to guess, the profile ID 3 and 4 are being hard coded instead of a config variable being used to determine the IDs at the site level

if your group has some funding, might be worth hiring web access to generalize the code even more and make it deployable across all sites, i.e. remove some of the constraints.

We are rolling it out right now at our school and are a bit slammed with it. So any help / assistance u can provide would be great
