County data in IE9

Hi,

I have a stand-alone sign-up form that does not pull the county data in IE 9. It works in every other browser (FF, Chrome, Safari, Opera) but for some reason not in your favorite one. every field is set to "Home". Screencap attached.

Any help appreciated.

Can you enable script debugging and see if there is an error message?
