DonorPerfect Online

Just saw a demo of DonorPerfect Online. It looks a heck of a lot like CIVICRM. If have they converted the php code to asp.net (there is some kind of tool for that) and extended it the way it looks like they have, are they in violation of the Affero GPL if they don't provide source code? Also what implications has that got for subscribers?

DonorPerfect has been around for 15 or 16 years now. I believe they have a Windows app and an online version. I don't think there's much reason (at all) to suspect they have stolen the CiviCRM codebase. :)

Okay, if not, are there entities around that assist in migrating from Donorperfect Online to Civicrm?

We can do this for you (info@cividesk.com). You can also go to civicrm.org, click on the 'Experts' link and take your pick from the list.
