Different background color for menu items related to optional modules

IMHO, using a different color on the top/main CiviCRM menu for some menu items would further align Visual Organization with Mental Organization:

Menu items related to optional modules would have a different background color than the others (home, search, contacts, administer, help)

Most CiviCRM end-users that I know do not think about the software in terms of "modules" and I think if you asked 100 people what the best way of organizing things would be you'd get 100 different answers.
I think most people (and this is why the answers all differ) want things organizes so that "all the stuff I care about is in one place."  But CiviCRM has no way of knowing what you really care about - it may be in core, it may be in a module, it (probably) is a combination of both.
