Payment Processor Error message

Getting the error:

Code: [Select]
Payment Processor Error message
60: SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK. Details: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed

on donation pages even though I have set "curl_setopt($submit, CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER, FALSE);" in CRM/Core/Payment/AuthorizeNet.php.

Is there anywhere else that I need to change it.
