I have a contact individual form on a site and I would like to add tags.

I created tags and tagsets.

But when I validate the form data tagsets are not recorded.

Why? how to fix this problem?

I can not reproduce this problem on the demo site because I do not have access to the menu to create a new form.

Well I hope you will understand:

I created tags and tag set. Then in a contact form for individual, I put several fields: name, address ... and the field tag. (this is what you see on the image of the previous post)

I display this form that the user can fill, but the record doesn't consider what the user filled in the tag set.

Why? How to save the tag set?
