no contribution record with zero contribution

No contribution records are being recorded or linked to memberships if the total contribution is zero  (tested under 4.2 beta5 and D6)

Under D6 4.1.5 we could have a zero contribution record for contribution pages without member prices sets,  but contribution pages with member prices sets never completed the transaction and would just reload the page.

In the beta5 version, the contributions complete in both cases, but no contribution record is added in either case.
