custom field ui issue

I've added several custom fields for contact.  When i view the contact summary page, these custom fields ui get defaced.

Already replicated the problem on drupal 4.2 demo site.

Please file a bug report on issue tracker with the details to replicate this. It would also be nice if you can attach a patch to fix it :)
