Case Activities Not Showing

We are a week away from a big event and are using cases to schedule volunteers. For some reason some of our case activities are not showing up. We will select a timeline and  then nothing will show up on the case activities area. I do see them in the database. Does anyone know why these would not show up?

I would check your case configuration files and make sure that all your activities and relations you mention in your XML are spelled EXACTLY the same as in CiviCRM as a first step?

I will go ahead and do that, but all cases are open the same way and most of them are not having this problem. So I don't understand why it would just be happening to a handful of them.

That does not make sense  ;D But if you do the first step at least we will have eliminated that part.

All timelines should start with "create case" - is that the case in your CiviCase XML..? That's what I was missing when this didn't work for us, anyway!
