I don't think there are immediate plans for v4.1.6 release ( may be next week or after that ). Note that all 4.1.6 fixes are already part of current stable release CiviCRM v4.2.0, so I would recommend upgrade to 4.2.0 rather than waiting for 4.1.x release.

The problem with upgrading to 4.2 for some of us, are idiot hosting companies that have not yet upgraded from PHP 5.2.17 !!  >:(

I certainly wouldn't host my site with a host that can't upgrade PHP when PHP 5.2.17 has known security issues.

You can find a more responsible host if you want. Then you can also upgrade CiviCRM. :)

The problem is when you're working with churches, they don't have the money to easily move to new hosts.   That said, I'm not going to bring new clients to this hosting company, especially when they tell me that 'they want to have the latest software on their servers, but I should maybe think about moving to a VPS .. at 5 times the cost per month .. if I want a higher version of PHP right now'.

Hershel is very careful not to plug CiviHosting on the forums - but I think if you contact him directly & enquire you'll find he's got pretty good support for moving sites so it might be less scary than you think.

....and the support team were extremely obliging about installing wkhtmltopdf for me which is used in 4.2 for big PDF generation, so its easy enough to get everything else set up too.
