I got the above message (twice) while doing an in-place upgrade from CiviCRM 4.1.3 to 4.2.0 per the instructions at http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC42/Upgrade+Joomla+Sites+to+4.2; these messages were immediately followed by an Upgrade successful message when the upgrade completed.

Further, the database upgrade script completed successfully as well (I like the thermometer bar which lets you know where you are / what's going on), resource URLs looked ok, etc.

In light of all this, should I be concerned about the subject message?

I had this also, and I think this happened on one of the previous updates too.

I ran --> find "`pwd`" -name civicrm.php -exec ls -lht {} \;

And found only the following to not have the same timestamp as the other civicrm.php files that were upgraded.

/public_html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/joomla/plugins/civiUser/civicrm.php

This is for civiUser plugin which has no longer been included since 4.1 so I would assume that the error is a false positive as all current civicrm.php pages are being upgraded.
