I have a new install of CiviCRM 4.1.5 attached to Drupal Commons 6.x-2.10 running on Drupal Core 6.26.

I believe I have set up the return addresses, and CiviMail requirements properly, but am not certain.  I have a default send address and a bounce tracking address, SPF enabled, and an activity tracking address.  Everyone in the test group has a valid address within the domain.  Oughtta run.

When I go to create a test mailing the process fails at the click on Step 2 to advance to step 3, which returns a 'Page not Found' error.

Nothing appears in the PHP error log.  Here are the last three entries in the access log.

Any ideas why this is happening?
