The GiftAid extension for 4.2 is great, but I'm confused how to use it.
It creates two profiles - one "Gift Aid" for contributions, and clearly you use as an including profile on the contribution page that when a donation is made. The other "Gift Aid Declaration" is for individuals and is a tab with multiple instances. That appears to mean that you cannot use it on donation (contribution) pages - so when/how do people fill the form out as I can't include it as a profile there. It looks as if it is supposed to be used there as it collects both the declaration and the name/address etc.

What am I missing?

I am trying to install the extension on a Wordpress site.  I am stuck on how to activate the extension.  I have tried the following, http://www.mysite.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=civicrm/extensions?reset=1

I get a screen with
