Search for individs employed by orgs in specified group

I need to search for individuals, who are employed by organisations that belong to a specified group.

This question was asked in 2010 (http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php?topic=14149.0), and Lobo suggested that the answer was to create a custom search. If someone has done this and can share the code that would be great, otherwise could someone contact me about developing it (happy to pay and contribute the code back to the community).

Isn't this possible now by using the option in Adv Search (top right) to Display Results as 'relationships' - and then choose the necessary relationship
