Issue upgrading from 4.1.5 to 4.2

Dear friends,

We have authorize.net payment processor and pay later option previously then I upgraded civcrm from 4.1.5 to 4.2 and I got this error if I choose authorize.net option but not error if i choose pay later option:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/aliman/public_html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/CRM/Event/Form/Registration/Register.php on line 255

Kindly help resolve this issue/feature

I too can report this error when registering for an event.  We just upgraded to 4.2 and we are using Payflow Pro for our payment processor and the event registration for allows a Pay Later option
