I've upgraded my test system from 4.1.5 to 4.2 (Drupal 6) which went without a hitch.  This is to look at the new batch update of membership fees. When I created a new, first batch I got this message:
warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/maadmino/public_html/test/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Utils/JSON.php on line 111.
When I then look at the batch all the fields are misaligned so they are down the left side of the screen, underneath each other instead of in a horizontal line!  This is a solid problem, if I go out and back into the batch it's misaligned each time.

Worked fine on the sandbox, but then that system wasn't converted from 4.1.5 was it? or was it?
Any other suggestions?  My upgrade from 4.1.5 to 4.2 worked smoothly and this is a solid problem...
