I have installed Civi-CRM to a WordPress 3.4.1.   PHP Version is 5.3  CRM Version is 4.2  Memory is 128K

I am getting a blank page with NO menus(Blank) on Firefox.  Google Chrome.  I am getting....

I check the Storage.PHP file and I am not seeing any indication of incorrect paths.    I also ran the Cleanup Caches and Update Paths using (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/admin/setting/updateConfigBackend&reset=1)  See  Attached image...

I hope I am providing enough information to solve this issue for me.  Thanks in advance.
