Spurious events in 4.1.5
September 03, 2012, 06:50:23 pm
Somehow I got lots of copies of my events (Event1, Copy of Event1, Copy of Copy of Event1, Event2, Copy of Event2...)

I am still searching how it might have happened, although it might be a problem in the integration between CiviEvent and Jevent which I use to display events on the front end.

Meanwhile:
1- Is there a way to disable the Delete Event confirmation? Deleting a few hundreds spurious events is really painful.
2- A select and delete would be helpful for those cases.
3- Any suggestions about how to display Events in a calendar on the front end? JEvents was the only solution I found.

Still the case for 4.2.2

Hi ylavoie

Did you ever find an explanation for the copies?

I experience the same problem on a site...

Best Regards

Pelle
